Litzy Puebla brings a diverse professional background and a strong dedication to excellence to her role as a Property Damage Specialist and Intake Team Member. With an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, she has cultivated strong communication and organizational skills, which she applies daily in assisting clients and managing complex cases.

Before joining the firm, Litzy honed her expertise in customer service and administration through various roles, including management and office administrative services. Her experience has given her the ability to handle dynamic environments and prioritize client needs effectively.

Bilingual and committed to lifelong learning, Litzy has continued her education at Texas A&M at Commerce. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband and their two beloved fur babies, Mia and Molly. She also enjoys reading and creating memories with her family during her free time.
